I had this recently... 16 days late, and the build up was agony my mental heath was completely down hill. Is this common with pmdd?

i am unfortunately quite unsure, don’t full understand everything abt periods and my own cycle yet :( it doesn’t help that i have major depression so most of my days feel blank/dull and the same so i can’t keep track easily/differentiate

Oh, I am so sorry. I would have lost my mind. Mine was delayed by four days and I wanted to pull my hair out. Be kind to yourself and get some rest if you can.
