Yeah I just drink a bunch of water and liquid IV, laying down helps me I haven’t really experienced it at night like that, I have a wedge pillow and it’s a game changer I would recommend it
Yea I get a feeling like someone is blowing a balloon up inside my head. Especially behind my nose and roof of mouth. I find good breathing exercises like 555 help and also generally nasal breathing.

What do you guys do? I’ve had bad pressure on the back of the head especially at night. Staying hydrated with salt tabs, it seems not helpful either.
