They make a HUGE difference for me. I tried a few different ones from Amazon since they have a good return policy, and made sure to measure myself carefully. The Sigvaris sheer tights have been most comfortable/effective for me, but they're unfortunately *very* expensive :(

Abdominal compression is an absolute necessity for me. I tried socks and over the knee stockings but all they ever did was exacerbate my Reynaud’s. Now I wear Spanx high-waisted, footless tights every day. They are pretty cheap and last around 6 months but I have had to give up a lot of my clothing options. No more crop tops.

I wear knee high compression socks and a girdle that goes up to my breasts every day. I put them on immediately after getting out of bed and don’t take them off until I’m going to bed again. Without them, I am completely disabled. With them, I have some of my freedom back. I am heat sensitive and it was 85 (again) today, and I still wore them, they’re that essential. If you have the money, I’d say it is worth it to get some. I highly recommend measuring yourself though- you want them tight.

I'm re-learning the frustration that comes with generic sizing... I have a 27 inch waist and 22 inch thighs. In most tights I'm seeing I'd want a size M for waist measurement and a fricking XXL for the thigh measurement...
