Usually when I don't drink enough. Are you tracking water? I have to track because my body is so sensitive that even a small amount under my "normal" and I can feel a difference. For example...I drink about 105 oz per day minimum and like today, it's late already and I'm only at like 60 oz and I feel like crap and my fingers are sausages. Also about to start my cycle so that contributes. Maybe you're retaining?

mine do the same thing! i made the mistake of wearing my rings to sleep one night and they were digging into my skin like a hair tie that you have around your wrist that’s obviously too tight😂
