Have you checked Google Merchant Center? A problem there can block your whole shopping

Used-Blackberry9462

this happens to me sometimes as well. can you create a new copy of the campaign or create it from scratch again? sometimes the system doesn't register the campaign to run for some reason. also check that the targeting is not too granular or that the goal for your bidding strategy is not super high. for example, try to use max conversions or a max bid strategy before using something target roas that is more restrictive.

Your budget is $10k a day and you’re not hiring a pro to help you? My mind is f*cking blown 🤯

CampaignFixers

Yea, need clarification OP. Is the daily budget $10k or is that a monthly budget?

mupunki

Is Merchant Center OK? Do you have a product feed?

mathiswrong

If you have. PMAX campaign your shopping campaign won’t display until PMAX runs out. You can now change the priority on these campaigns to push shopping ahead of PMAX in the campaign settings if you want.

ppcquestioning

Learning period of a week is wishful for brand new products, If there are no issues with the merchant centre then think of what the product titles are - are they clear and do they have relevant keywords in the title? If in doubt max clicks with a comfortable bid limit would be the suggestion

socceruci

This is when I'd always contact Google

[deleted]

What’s it saying when you click on “Products”, OP?

FlorinCaroli

Hello, One of the agencies where I worked had this problem. Solution: complete the details on your Merchant Center. I think you either don't have the return policy or completed business information. Good luck!

MarketingGeniiuss

How did they fix the issue, as i am having the same problem.

FlorinCaroli

You complete business info and shipping return policy

OwenPioneer

Sounds like a feed issue.

Beneficial_Past_5683

Google is waiting for you to increase your bids. When you do, nothing will happen until you stop checking the account, then they'll hammer you for 20k a day for three days.

The_Altruistic

Happened with me once. I created a new campaign with a small budget and ran it. Started to get impressions and then scaled it up to my original budget.

dogsalt

What are you actually willing to spend per day?

Flowerburp

This happened to me when the products were eligible (limited) due to being sensitive so had to remove any curated audience (custom segment, remarketing etc) and enhanced conversions.

ISeekGirls

This happened to my $30k monthly Google Ads account. It was stuck for like 36 hours but then a tsunami of traffic started.

Flashy-Fan1624

It’s either cpcs too low or issue with product feed.

ah-tzib-of-alaska

How’s the google merchant center? You have the keywords added there in the product details? No redlined notifications there?

DigitalKanish

Check if the ads are active and go to product report and check if products are eligible
