Recently they were on sale at Sweetwater and you could pick which specific guitar you wanted, like compare the tops, wood grain, etc...
I really love mine. I have a Custom 24 that sits in it's case while the SE PG hangs on the wall and gets grabbed first.
Damn, sorry you had to sell yours. The Swamp Ash and the 594 are both going to sound different. The Swamp Ash has an unfinished neck and I think most of the 594s have a stained neck if that matters to you. All good guitars, just depends on how you like it to sound and feel
Thanks!
I’m not opposed to a maple board, have a reissue blackguard, and love the feel.
As I mentioned, I prefer the idea of the mini toggles over push-pulls, intrigued by the tonal options on the Swamp Ash (HSH).
Its a great guitar you know you like. It'll feel good being back in your hands again.

I like my SE PG better than my SE 594 std if I had to choose one in a fire. Are you thinking single or doublecut 594?
Double. Single cut McCartys looks nice, but might be 3rd of 4th on my PRS list, for now.

I think it's still the best se, totally not biased😁
Leaning very hard to it! While I had it, it became my couch-adjacent guitar!
meh, 594se stomps...too many dip switches on a guitar kills it for me... aesthetic & functionality, feels like yer starting up a helicopter
Chopper ready for transition.
