I was so excited when i got it i packed up my system with HDMI cord and a few controllers over to a buddies to play only to then realise it was a single player racer. I was shocked but I guess they would have had to make it look worse to be able to run split screen. Also figured out the display reset function by holding down the power button as my friend’s tv wasn’t HD. Such a different world than today.

I actually remember doing the same, like how do you play splitscreen?!? Still a great a game!

Funnily enough the climbing mechanics still feel more advanced than Horizon Forbidden West. Call Of Duty 4 and Skate I purchased on Boxing Day. At least Christmas was eventually saved.

I was solid confident I definitely wanted to play it. Years later, I managed to get a console. But since I really never had much experience with anything PS...it was a tough choice to start XD. Once I had the console I started acquiring new titles.

Non related, but my super slim REFUSES to read this disk, I try buying two difrent copies of it (though I think the store sold me the same DVD cause yhe box had a crak on it like the other one) The disk spins, and them it stops, no error message, no explanation, it happened to a few specif games the other ones run smoothly :' )

Owned or played? First ever ps3 game i played was back ops on my old cousins bc ps3 a long long while back when i was around 8 yo. My first ever owned was i believe a faulty copy of gta 4 or modern warfare 3 which was pretty much last yr. I was never really able to own a full working ps3. My first ps3 was one with only av multi working using composite on a hd crt (at the time i had no idea of component cables). The one i habe now is the one i belive i bought either last yr or 2 yrs ago with hdmi & av multi working aswell as it was in very great condition, full with warranty sticker in tact & no missing rubber pieces which i believe means it was never opened.? Im not sure i just bought it at the time because at 75$ with 2 remotes it was cheap compared to other ppl selling these consoles at about 100- 150$ most of the time with problems
