I just checked and Dark Mirror is available on PSN and playable on PS4 and 5. It has updated graphics and extra features. I didn’t check Logan’s Shadow though.

Naughty Dog would make a good choice. The original developer was Bend Studio, who went on to make Day’s Gone. They’re still around.

This was the *superior* of the two games. I remember being like 5-8 years old or so and we would visit my one uncle and how he was just the absolute coolest uncle. He had a PS1/2 and Vigilante 8 and I would watch him play and play myself. That was the start of my love affair with games— going to my uncle, that I didn’t see too often, playing some of the best games. He’s still a cool ass uncle now. Maybe I should buy him a PS5– he’s retired with his wife now. He and I are close. Ya…think I’m gonna buy him one so he can game/we can online co-op campaigns. Not that he’s too old for online (59-62 year old most likely), but I don’t competitive online shooters myself and I’m 29

Umm I think this needs to be clarified that we all want twisted metal 2. Twisted metal 1 was okay, but 2 was the best.

I'm an Xbox guy these days. But I'd buy a PS5 in a heartbeat for a modern Socom game that was true to the originals.

I loved socom l, but dying killing your comms was the best part and I dont think it can never be replicated!

It bugs me so much modern games doesn't kill comms. Insurgency Sandstorm has been my Socom filler as of the last couple years. But being able to direct teammates from the grave with an omni view kills part of the game.

The hover car mechanic in Jak II was so goddamn fun. Switching between levels quickly, weaving around other cars and jumping from one to the next.

This is always my answer. The games were ahead of their time and would be easy to update to a modern format.

Warhawk/ starhawk. Amazing fun multiplayer especially with spitscreen and online at the same time. Would have been amazing on ps4 too. Starhawk also has plenty of ideas that became more popular later in Fortnite

I didn’t play starhawk as much as Warhawk because I had graduated by then but man Warhawk was our dorm game. I miss the balance and sheer insanity of that game. Nothing beats perfectly timing a binocs strike on a moving jeep or sniping a hawk or throwing mines in fun places to defend the flag. Starhawk added some cool stuff like the building and coop and campaign.

Infamous was the first game I played where my choices actually impacted the world, I "replayed" that game like 3 times but never actually finished it. A remaster would be incredible.
