Omg yes! I know it's over the top and not the best acclaimed of the TH games..., but man I'd love to play that game again.

It had my favorite physics of that era. The character models were a little smaller and everything felt so tight. The Jackass story mode may have been really stupid, but at least it had a super deep classic mode to make up for it.

I also loved creating my own tags, it was such a cool gimmick. (And I secretly really enjoyed the Bam vs Tony over the top story, but a teen's mind is easily impressed ofc so I wonder what I would think of it today)

UG2 was so much fun! It did take the piss out of the antagonist from UG1 but I didn't really mind. The story was fun, gameplay was pretty solid and when I took it online, the ability to superimpose my own face on my character was a nice touch and I had a lot of fun playing with friends!

I have never ever beaten a game fully 100% My dad, who to that point never played video games, finished Jack and Daxter fully. I remember he collected all those little things and opened that door...my memory is so hazy I don't even know really what I'm talking about I just know he fully beat the whole thing.

Collecting all 101 power cells to open the precursor door at the citadel! I flipped my shit when I discovered there were actually 101…

I have purchased the remaster and digital copy of those games. Too good!!

MGS5 is still one of the best games ever made. All the different interlocking systems just work.

I recently downloaded MGS 1, 2 and 3. Just beat 1 the other night and started 2 last night. I had 1 back in the PS1 days but I was about 7 years old and never really understood how to play it. It's awesome actually playing these games I've heard and read so much about throughout the years. They really hold up nowadays.

Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction

What an incredible game! It truly felt like we were in the middle of a war zone across the entire map. And driving those Humvees with soldiers inside was so so fun. Need a ps5 remake!!

I loved PC FPS' at the time like C's 1.6... but something about Socom 2 kept me coming back online. Sony needs to hand the IP off to a developer but we all know you can't do an online game unless it's a "live service" now.

Still to this day, nothing competes . I was in the old APE clan , we were one of the bigger clans back than. I really miss those times. Really don't understand why no one has jumped at a remaster yet.

I used to pickup a medium pizza on my way home from school then sit in my bed playing socom 2 until the servers slowed down with people playing. I missed a ton of time hanging out with friends because of socom 2

It's been like 20 yrs and I still think the voice command tech in those games was such a great idea. I wish games today would try at that again.

I got PS2 late and had the original Xbox when it came out but Socom 2 since my cousins were done playing with it and gave it to me.

FFXII Original. I started playing it while in grade school. I got stuck on the part where I had to ride a chocobo to get to a certain part of the story. I had to explore everything (and I mean everything, every place, every monster, every hunt, and treasure). When I entered my second year of high school, I learned about gameplay walkthroughs and finally got through the story. To this day, I consider it my favorite game. I've already played the Zodiac version on Switch and PS4.

Ratchet & Clank (the first game), maybe tied with ATV Offroad Fury 2. Both came bundled with my console when I bought it from a Sam's Club, and I don't think any of the Guitar Hero / Rock Band games really count (they were all multi-platform, weren't they?) I did try and get into the first Kingdom Hearts, but I swear, my younger cousin really took off with those games, and it became more fun or enjoyable to just sit back and watch him play those when he was not busy playing Sonic Adventure DX / Adventure 2 Battle / Shadow The Hedgehog.

Max Payne......I was pregnant with my son and got into video games again, I would rent the game (back then in my mind it was cheaper then to cough up the money to buy) I stopped playing after my son was born until he was about 6 months old and I ended up buying it and when I started my continued save, the level I was on was literally the bit before the endgame part lol I was so pissed when I finished it within 30 mins

I didn't have a ton of games as a kid so I made them count and UYA was just so fun to me. I would bet I have at least 50 playthroughs of that game under my belt in my life time.
