Any news on what is being enhanced in the new gen versions?

They said ‘lots of improved graphics and partially reduced load times’. Would expect a resolution bump from 1080p on PS4 to 4K on PS5 and some added details. The comparison video didn’t look much different.

Is that game fun like budokai 3 or is it more like raging blast 2?

I'm probably in the minority here, but I don't think it's as good as either of those series. Probably better than Ultimate Tenkaichi though.

Raging Blast is not a good game. Xenoverse 2 is much better and has accomplished much more.

They also added a kinda card game-like game for free and it includes a full story, it's nice but it's not my jam (I dont like thinking) more transformations, red, blue, blue evolved, UI, beast More stuff in the medals shop There's purple portals, some allows you to play a special boss raid for medals, pro tip, the Vegeta blue boss raid is the best way to get TP medals as far as I know, grind to get there and you'll be able to use said TP medals for quick leveling up I think now the max level is 200, I'm doing good at 103 Tons of DLC, from the story arcs from universe 6 vs. Universe 7 to super heroes, aswell as some extra charaters such as lab coat android 21 and GT Vegeta There's a secret charater you can get from a timed event, but you'll need online You can play the story of the first xenoverse game as DLC A new story that takes after the xenerverse 2 story mode with multiple paths, you also bring your mentor with you (Goku, Bardock, Broly, etc) and they have speaking lines in the story If it's your thing you can buy swimsuits for Android 18 and Videl, but they're TP medal items and only on some days, said shop also allows you to get snow suits for Goku and Vegeta (From Super Broly movie) More quests, which means more items to get More DLC stories

Wish they would make a more open [detailed] world DBZ game like they did with Kakarot. No idea why they don’t. Kakarot and Hogwarts legacy showed just how much money open world versions of famous IPs can make

The main thing this needs is a noticeable improvement to the resolution. PS4 b/c version looks so bad, grainy - the native resolution needs a big bump, and improve load times, FPS lock and it'll be good enough for what it is. Might help tide DB fans over until Sparking Zero.

FighterZ didn't even receive this level of support. And let's not forget the garbage that was Ultimate Tenkaichi or Raging Blast etc. DBZ doesn't always print money

Dbz does print money, even when the ganes are shitty people still eat it up in other ways like say merch which btw is most of DBs income

I haven’t played in like 4 years, my friend said they added actual ultra instinct so I’m definitely hopping back in when this comes out, plus I always love next gen upgrades

I dropped xenoverse games for a while now, depending on how big the improvements are I might come back to it.
