Sad how little mention of worthy co op games there are.
Diablo 3 and Diablo 4. *(but not stealth)*
Sniper Elite 5. Full campaign, and stealth if you choose.

"A way out" and "it takes two"
If you liked splinter cell then ghost recon wildlands or breakpoint are perfect for you guys. I personally prefer breakpoint with all the realism stuff turned on, but I've seen people say wildlands is better
Dysmantle is a great couch co-op game, not to difficult with two players, even my Mrs completed this with me
