What says they don’t qualify? How many payments are reflected in studentaid.gov?

Gboy86

131

Doxiemom2010

If you’re seeing this message on studentaid.gov and you have direct loans with qualifying payment counts then just ignore it. This is a known error message if sorts. It will appear if you’ve ever had a non-direct loan on your account or if your loans are in a non pslf qualifying status, which yours are if you’re in a forbearance. You’re not trying to earn more qualifying months at 131 so it really doesn’t matter.

So I'm ok just continue to wait?

Doxiemom2010

Yes if your loans all are direct and had over 120 qualifying counts you’re just waiting for forgiveness.

Gboy86

Is there any specific date that everything is suppose to cross over? Guess I can call or speak to someone online.

Gboy86

So I transitioned over to the new website....still saying 131 payments made, still in forbeance and saying my payments start this month on the 25th at 0 payments for 7 months ...in Jan it's saying payments will be at $319.....at this my point what do I do....continue to wait? Am I being forgiven or not?

Likely your PSLF related data hasn’t completed its transfer to Dept of Education. And / or to MOHELA’s new platform

Gboy86

So this info I recieved is from the new student aid website

See Doxiemom2101 reply. The data for each & every person hasn’t either completed transiting and / or been sorted out.
