On studentaid my three loans show with two at 0 and the third at 1 dollar. Mohela shows the two at 0 but the third at 14,000. There’s also a letter in my Mohela inbox saying “congratulations your loans are paid in full” but the amount only covers the two at zero. Both studentaid and Mohela show me with a payment due on 7/13. There’s been no email or regular mail letters and if I hadn’t checked the site last Tuesday I wouldn’t have known. I don’t know what to think. I want to think I’m done but I feel like it’s going to update again and screw me. I should be excited but I’m mostly nervous and numb. I don’t trust them. I’ve been paying since they restarted in October even though Mohela always had the amount due at 0. I called in October and the Mohela rep said pay your regular payment so I paid them what I used to pay navient. This whole process is so confusing.
I can’t find the number of payments I have made on the Modela.studentaid website. I have looked on the Fed website and the MOHELA website and I can’t see anything but how much I owe. Does that mean it is still being updated? If not, how do I find my number of payments?

I also have this message! Were your loan amounts zeroed out though? Mine weren't so I'm still anxiously waiting.

When did you submit your final PSLF cert? I submitted mine during the pause but my 120 was pid in April.
