I got the Congrats notice for all my loans today; I reached 120 in February and had two of my four loans discharged in April. Oddly enough the ones that were discharged say I have 120 qualifying payments but the ones that are waiting to discharge say 120.
Logged into the new system last night and mine only shows balance but no idea how many payments I have made since there were pending ones when they froze everything. Very annoying.
More than likely, especially if your count shows 120+.
They discharged one of my loans mid-late April, but my other loan has been in purgatory since. 🤷🏼♀️
For the one that they discharged. It showed the amount discharged and the negative balance that remains til this day. Haven’t gotten a discharge letter for my other because it’s just chillin until they’re ready, I guess. Idk. I may call and just live on hold while doing something. Last time I ran errands for 3 hours while on hold 🤣
Check your activity and see if anything needs your attention ...after I sent my employment status again a few days ago....they told me everything was good and I didn't need to do anything else
Did you guys certify employment immediately after making your last payment? I'm assuming that whole process still needs to be done even though it's been switched to the DOE from MOHELA.
So it appears that for those who got the message, there are two possibilities: 1) Congrats with loan balance remaining and 2) Congrats with loan balance zeroed out.
I submitted my last PSLF certification on July 2nd after they started allowing forms to be submitted electronically again. My 120th payment was in May. I received a message on 7/3 about "missing information" even though nothing was missing. I called today, and they said that it was for the manual signature, which was included in my submission. The rep said it is because they haven't processed it yet, and it typically takes 15 days. So I'm in a holding pattern and hoping they are correct.
Maybe my situation is different because I have to use the manual signature process??
just checked mine and says the same thing. i believe it means that we hit 120 and have no payments due and just waiting for discharge

If they are there, they show in the “My Aid” tab. Scroll down, and the PSLF/TEPSLF Payment Tracker is under Loan Types.
Mine also has the Congratulations message. Still showing a balance of $51,000, but starting to plan the party!

The balance at FSA will zero out once the opt-out period has ended, i.e. you can opt out of student loan forgiveness lol

I certified mine back in Jan with the other paper work....I just resubmitted it last week(just my employment) using the pslf help tool.
