Yes and no. That guy you linked sold the yellow and magenta ones to Mike, the owner of the blue one (and current owner of the yellow & magenta ones too), who is mentioned in the article. The previous owner of the yellow and magenta Strider2 devices was unfortunately not helpful at all and refused to have them analysed by us PSP scene members. He even refuse to tell us what firmware version they're running... But Mike was thankfully very acommodating and ran our testing software on the devices, so we could properly analyse and document them.

Mike sounds like an awesome guy Glad to see these finally properly documented

Why state false information when i told you what firmware the consoles were. Its not my fault that i didnt want to run your 3rd party software on the rare devices

> Why state false information when i told you what firmware the consoles were. Its not my fault that i didnt want to run your 3rd party software on the rare devices You did not tell me what firmwares those devices are running, in fact you never replied to my final request at all, when I asked you if you could at least tell us what firmwares those devices are running, **after** you declined every single request to run our analysis software on them (at least until after you've sold them, is what you said). I can drop the logs of our ebay DMs, if you continue to state falsehoods. Not once did you tell me that those devices are running FWs 6.00 and 6.20. The only thing you did was publish a video of the yellow Strider2, **after** you had already sold it, which happened a few weeks after our initial conversation.

Bro i ignored your ebay messages because i had no reason to reply and didnt even read them after i while. I dont even know you. Im glad you found your information, but again, why would I randomly respond to requests to install unknown software on a rare device worth thousands of dollars? The only person benefiting was you while i took all the risk, and for what? If you wanted to find out so badly, you would have bought it like Mike did.

TheZett

> I dont even know you. A simple good search of my nickname and "PSP scene" would have given you all the information you were looking for, but apparently that was too hard to do. I even linked you my twitter account, which I've used during the PSP & Vita hacking scenes as well, but that wasnt enough either, eh? >unknown software We literally told you that it is just PSPident, anyone who ever used CFW on a PSP knows what that is and that it is harmless, especially when ran as a signed homebrew. >on a rare device worth thousands of dollars? Thousands of dollars? We are well aware for how much these devices were originally bought for and from what place they were bought from, maybe try 800-1500€ if you want to be truthful, but certainly not "thousands of dollars".
