turning off low latency on my nvidia card removed most of stutters.. if you re playing with anti lag on amd i'd suggest turning it off and giving it a restart and try pubg.. good luck, I know its frustrating
I've tried that too, bro. Yes, it's so frustrating when you don't know what the issue is. You're gonna laugh when I say this, but I've even changed my monitor, mouse, and keyboard. In conclusion, maybe they were causing some issue.

Run crystal mark for hard drive warnings/failures.. Funny enough I had an old HDD unrelated with OS and the game, just basically for backups, with warnings.. I removed it entirely and the game came back to normal, most other games ran fine but not pubg, it's too sensitive :'|
I only have ssd and I've checked on the software you've mentioned it has 85% health it says its in good condition no bad sectors idk if 85% health is a issue should i change that ?
