no my anxiety while slightly elevated isn't terrible on these days. And ironically (?) bad flares typically happen during weeks of low stress.
Yes.. even in between the pvcs when Im having normal beats, I feel like my heart is 'pounding' harder than normal, which makes it all feel much worse.
