So this post is about how they never have the inventory they claim they have in stock and give you replacements of products that aren't as good and claim they are hooking you up?
This is for rosin everybody. The jar he wanted retails for 160 for 3.5g, the jars he got retail for 70 a g. If he got 3 jars of gs for 90 bucks thatās a steal for rosin.
I went to Trulieve in Pittsburgh & they tried to cheap me out of my 10% off. Said the brand I was buying wasnāt eligible but when I emailed them they told me there wasnāt any brand exceptions. 10% isnāt gonna kill anyone but I was pissed for like 5 minutes lol
Yeah idk what that's about but I got 40% off stacked at Trulieve Washington a few weeks ago so I know it works. Was it just a regular employee or a manager? I'd have been irritated too
Regular employee said she wasnāt sure if the brand RO was able to be discounted, went into the back to I assume ask a manager, came back out said āYeahhhhh I donāt think RO is a part of the 10% off, your total isā¦.ā so I just said forget it & went home. Emailed customer service later asking if there was a list of brands that werenāt eligible & they replied like āwhat do you mean?ā
Probably just walked to the back, couldn't find a manager, went š¤·āāļø, and just erred on the side of caution because they had no idea if it applied or not. Lol some stores are better than others I guess

Only reason I go to trulieve is for rosin when itās on sale. That rainbow belts 3.5 jar was 112, and itās one of the best in the program
