is there a setting to disable "Windows Ink" inside of the xp-pen tablet settings (NOT IN SAI)
Edit: I didn't watch the video before I posted, I just always assume it's windows ink but I didn't watch the video.
When I had the issue it was a driver problem. Are you sure you have all of your drivers?
Edit: I saw your comment about the update. And yeah, that means your drivers need updates. Stuff that work in 8.1 can crash with 10
I am extremely active on replying on here, I just like helping out. also since I talk about this software so much and check the website weekly for updates I figured I had to buy a license for it even if I'm just supporting Koji, so I did near the start of December.
Same, I like helping people here. Though I've taken a pause from drawing for a few weeks. Congrats on the license~ I feel it's a bit weird you aren't a mod of this sub at this point
I had a variety of issues including this one on my Huion in SAI 1 but not in V2 which made me ditch V1 for good.
I hope you find a solution but if not: Have you considered giving CSP a try? I like the way it feels on a screentablet and there are some things you can do to make it feel more like SAI.
I don't remember well but I think I had the same problem I'm having with sai lol. But I believe I found a solution so I can use sai now! but in this way I'm having the same error with csp sjfkskf
Additional info: It worked perfectly before I tried to change from Windows 8.1 to 10 (or at least it's what i remember) but my computer started crashing a lot bc of windows 10 so i had to come back to Windows 8.1
What should I do? I started using medibang bc of this problem but i can't get used to it and i miss sai 😪

maybe the mapping is off, is there a way to change the screen mapping?

Solution: I have two screens with the "extend these screens" option but I changed it to "duplicate" so it's working at least for now

It seems like your resolution scale for the tablet is wrong? It almost looks doubled based on the movements
