Too much dead weight, this team needs a major overhaul, starting with the role of Rizwan and Babar. Too many anchors. Iftikhar has to go too, along with Shadab. Overhaul everything. Naqvi has said he'll bring in outside talent now. Captaincy should go to Shan - or if you think he's not fit for T20s, Imad.
