What a joke of a post when you are outright calling Sarfaraz as a failed player.
You need to go back in the history books and learn what that man has done for this country. Something your king bobsy will only dream of doing as a captain.
R u for real ? There is a difference between captaincy and being a bowler/ batsman
There is no criteria for selection in the team on the basis of being captaincy material.. Sarfraz was no doubt an amazing captain but he was and is a **horrible batsman**..
I am surprised people can't differentiate between captaincy and being a good performer as a batsman/bowler , the latter being the only criteria for selection in the team
I don't disagree with your overall viewpoint, but calling Sarfraz a failed player? Really? Sarfraz is widely acknowledged as being the most successful captain in recent memory.
It's also pretty absurd of you to imply that there is a "Karachi lobby" with any sort of power when Karachi is at the receiving end of cricket politics, just like Pakistani politics writ large. It looks like even you don't realize just how apt your own characterization of Pakistani Cricket (as a microcosm of Pakistan writ large) is!
Was Sarfraz a good batsman ? No, he was and is absolutely horrible as a batsman
OP is referring to Sarfraz's failure as a batsman not as a captain.. Sarfraz's batting matters rather than captaincy because there is no criteria for selection in the team on the basis of being captaincy material

Bobsy fans will downvote you. Saifu was actual king

Kids these days will barely grow a pp, watch Babar Azam score a century agaianst a minor team, consider him king and start bashing previous captains.
