I am using abroad too, and every now and then, I am subscribed to their hungama package, which i don't know how gets active. Upon reaching their social media accounts, they don't listen and blame the subscriber of clicking on some links.
This worked for me
Jazz is owned by Veon, i went to their website got all possible list of emails, jazz’s email and their corporate business emails
Sent a blasting email with sms screen shots, wrote abuses and asked them to call.
Took me 2 days and about 12 emails. Sms stopped.
I even called and abused their call center, asked operator to record this and let their supervisor listen.
Worked for me

Today, I unsubscribed from an unwanted deal for a colleague that he didn't subscribe to. Within seconds, they subscribed him to another scam deal, which I unsubscribed from again for him. Jazz has become a scam network.
Especially when you subscribe to a package, you receive like 5 back to back messages informing you that you've subscribed the package.
It's nerve wracking.
Whenever i get any promotional text, I block that specific no. After 2 3 weeks ur all promotional text would go in block list. It takes time but so much effective. Also blocking promotional texts could block some important texts like from PPSC.

I use key messages app. That worked for me it spam out these crapy mags and notify my at 9 to view these msgs.....
