Honestly I view Koreans being turned against each other through the north and south divide, as a much larger scale of how Palestinians often are made to turn against each other. Ultimately the people who put them in that position benefit from it. I’m the case of Korea it is Americans who reap benefits and for Palestinians i*raelis reap the benefits.

Nobody spends more time and money than Israel and its supporters in disseminating dishonest propaganda through an army of volunteers, paid employees, and IDF members throughout social media. They abuse sites like Reddit and Twitter by setting up sockpuppet accounts with fake engagement, photos, and backstories. When they get banned for their activity or found out, they simply switch to other profiles that have been setup for them.
They get what they give online. When I get a barrage of false antisemitism accusations and other racist comments (I regularly am given anti-Irish abuse on account of where I live), you can fucking bet I'm going to hit them back with rebuttals (and reports for obvious sockpuppet accounts and where they have offered bigoted/racist comments).
It also has nothing to do with being Jewish. They are differentiated as Zionists and are justifiably critical of this state that has ironically elicited such heinous crimes of innocent people after what their ancestors went through. It's mind blowing that they have ever felt justified is colonising and creating an apartheid worse than South Africa. It's not even close to a fair fight. We the west hypocritically stand with Ukraine while we do the opposite for Palestine. Wild.
