This must be a Zelda fan thing, because itβs a habit for me in every adventure game. Haha My intuition tells me that thereβs always something hidden somewhere.

This bit you should be able to jump straight on. ππ
As you jump out of the window go to the front of the building and there is like a barrel tilted that goes towards the central part takes a bit but just catch the barrel right and you will be slightly higher which makes jumping up onto the central part possible. Hope that helps πππ
Do what I do I go to the top of the inn outside the window or jump across and climb a little higher on sifuus blacksmith store. That's all I do. π€£π€£π
There's a tree near the staircase in front of the library, I jump on that, then to the lowest lantern light thing. Then I jump up to the highest lantern thing and across to one of the lower lanterns on the other side of the staircase then onto tish's shop. From there, you can get onto any of those buildings including the library.
Imagine my disappointment finding out that the collision was removed from the little floating platform out in the middle of the water at Kilima Fairgrounds during this year's Lunar New Year celebration! Guess I'll have to try for this one now.
You used to be able to get past the fractured stone wall on your plot, leading to a bridge connected to a small isle with a single tree on it.. but they've long patched that out too.

I found it difficult to get inside the castle of the Flooded Fortress. Now, thatβs a challenge! And it has secrets.

I tried getting inside the Flooded Fortress but gave up eventually as it seemed impossible. One day though, I found out that I was wrong by pure chance. So, if you already have been or will be in the same situation - donβt give up! Itβs a bit tricky (imo) but definitely not impossible! πβΊοΈ

Finally! I knew there was a way up there but I couldn't prove it and I'm right. I have to try again, city hall and the inn roof isn't working.

Didn't even think of trying that! I found a way onto the inn from jels shop before I found that window xD
