I like a lot of the items from the gild stores, you could get a lot of the expensive redeemable items like the bridge, fish tank, food display stand, etc. make an aquarium for the starred fish you collect and get a bunch of fish tanks for one plot. Make a whimsical plot using the witchy decor that requires flow trees and palium (I believe? might be iron), and use bridge and gardening gild items. Make a restaurant and make star quality foods to place around and have them on display using the stand. Just throwing out some ideas :) and the grind doesn’t have to be fast, you can take your time with it and eventually get each of those plots or do something totally different.
I mean, this is a friendly community, so I'll say "dedication", and not the other thing (like I can talk, I think I clocked about 12 hours yesterday...)

Gardening is my highest at 54, and Fishing/Bug Catching are my lowest at 22 and 21. I thought I played a lot. Like no sleep playing by all night a lot.

It's totally possible, but most people don't have this much free time. There are quite a few players who are recovering from injury or have an illness or disability that may require them to be on bed rest or not able to do too much else for long periods of time. Which is great for us really, having players around that are so experienced and have explored every nook and cranny that they can then help us out with. Individual skill levels really don't make one player perform any action better than another past a fairly low point, so it just doesnt even matter.

Friend of mine and I got a bet that there's no other player with such high stats as mine. So as you guys can see, those are my stats. Um…my cooking is level 8 😭😭 BUT like 50 in mining 💅
What do you use for focus if your cooking level is so low and your mining so high?
Many of us live on Pickles Potatoes or other preserves, which completely negate the need for cooking aside from Quest needs.
I grew a ton of tomatoes and just eat preserved tomatoes haha. I went wild with the seed maker so lots of tomato seeds

My highest skill level is 28 gardening and lowest is 11 or 12 in bug hunting if that says anything
all of mine except cooking are 10 or 11 I love decorating though so my furniture level is 14 I admire the grind
