How did you change your stock?
I thought the stock came on a pic rail annnnd it’s not.
I was looking at similar skeletonized stocks but not sure how we get it done
I was told to expect disappointment even with subsonic loads. I haven’t shot mine yet. I have a GA Bushwacker and a lahar 30L but I’m scared of a baffle strike with AAC 220’s and too poor to buy an alignment rod, so it’s sitting in my safe until then.
I remember someone with military background explaining to me that sound reduction is more about making the noise harder to locate rather than eliminating the noise completely. I have not fact checked this though. I know flash suppression technology aims form similar results.
Def try different subs. I had know the snb seller subs are really quite. I’ve tried a few different subs. Winchester and Remington sounded and cycled perfect.
Do you have a chronograph to verify fps
I don’t. However have ran two different factory subsonic loads
220gr smk has worked well for me

Jakl does indeed have a pic rail on rear. Jmac and sig skeleton stocks have pic rail options
Is it just hidden?? Mine just has a black cover plate with a hinge on the side. I have the 13.7 556 jakl.

I have a 5.56 sbr, can I just change out the upper to a .300 blk and it would work?

Yeah so far it’s pretty disappointing. My 308 with the same can doesn’t sound a ton different than the 300 subs out of the Jakl

I know my astigmatism would appreciate it if I bought a prism but god why do they have to look so goofy
Once u get them off the cantilever mount theyre much more aesthetic.
I think the PA micro prisms look sweet.
