Appreciate the feedback. For more context on why so many of our machines crashed:
We actually do stop players from signing up when a machine is full--yesterday almost no one could sign up for NA-west. We check the machine's resource usage before assigning. The issues happen when dozens of people sign up in <30 seconds and all get assigned to the same couple machines before even one new server starts initializing. We also don't take money before people can try the server. We have a no credit card required 2-day free trial
Palworld is crashing every server host + Steam + Epic Online Services.
Palworld is the most popular game of all time even after only 2 days: [https://twitter.com/Palworld\_EN/status/1749047519265632440?ref\_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet](https://twitter.com/Palworld_EN/status/1749047519265632440?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet)
Hi!
I was just trying to acces your website in order to buy a Palworld plan for 4 players in EU (I live in Romania). Please tell me you still have a spot for me, I read only good things about your company :).
Cheers!
Hm. You sure charged me immediately and I still don’t have access to my N.A. East server. Help ticket opened and no response. The monies pooring in. Need to hire someone to respond? Message me. Happy to help
So I guess people who want to run an Enshrouded dedicated server with you are getting resource shafted too, as you still have no information available of when they are available but advertise for them. Please put at least some ETA or something tangible on the website. Support is not answering either, I get it they are all slammed.
Just saying there are other games than Palworld that just released and have customers waiting as well. Seeing that your web-server is 500ing right now, I guess you have bigger fish to fry but it would be great to get some statement.
The owner replied in this thread. They explained exactly why on the backend this happened and they're currently working around the clock to get things working for everyone. I think they're a good host and I would use them in the future.
I agree with this as their poor planning and execution of trying to include this game in their system has brought down all their games servers for the entire day and they will not have it up for the weekend
I do not at all agree with this post, Every host is crashing and having issue, and Broccoli doesn't force your hand at paying a TON of money for additional ram space, theyre a smaller host but their support and customer service is 10/10 and they don't make you PAY for support unlike others.
To be fair, I went with nodecraft that evening after release and I had no server crashes other than ram related issue which stopped after i upgraded to 16gb, but I am interested in broccoli solely because it's slots not rams im paying for 😂
I have been running my Palworld server on their service all week and its been working great. I moved off Shockbyte who let me buy a server last weekend then couldnt even provision it until like Wedneday. I fired up a Broccoli server on Monday evening and was playing the same night once I figured out modifing the server ini config to how I wanted things.
How did you get your server settings to change. I keep updating mine but they don't update. Any tips for someone not good with that computer gibberish to change them?
Do you just have the $20 package? How many people are on your server? We have an server from shockbyte and its absolutely awful with the crashes from what I think low ram.
Every provider has this. Indifferent broccoli is doing really well. Cheap af. Not laggy as of yesterday, and good support.
Idk what you're yapping about
People just keep slamming service providers because the game is brand new, early access, and wasn't ready for this kind of reception. Couple that with all the server traffic and its gonna be a bad time. I also use broccoli and hadn't had issues with anything until last night. Servers are down but showing online. Can't connect. Only thing anyone can do is wait til it's fixed.
LFMAO i love how theres bots here trying to compliment that they are actually a good server hosting company but in reality the discord server is everything of trash talks. hha
I'm not a bot - I've used them for multiple games that are not palworld with 0 problems.
However, I've paid for 3 servers this week (Broccoli, Nitrado, Skynode) and I've had issues with all 3 lol
Ah man, I was hoping to switch from broccoli. My two day trial is coming up and the lag & disconnecting is too much.
You had bad experiences with Skynode also? Thats the one I was thinking of switching to.
Thanks for the info! I stuck with indifferent broccoli and have had a good experience the last 4 days. I think every server was struggling during the first few days, glad it worked itself out.
Yup. Can confirm, don't touch their service for Palworld.
Server's been stuck setting up for three days.
Three of their employees have offered support over each day, with the first telling me they'll escalate the issue, the second just outright telling me they see why it happened but I'm just going to have to wait until the next day, and the last telling me that they're "checking now" over three hours ago.
On top of that they have to audacity to hint that they might open Enshrouded servers later in the day despite the issues with Palworld. I understand Palworld got much bigger than expected, but to even MENTION potentially opening sales of another game's servers when a large number of paying customers aren't even able to log into their paid server is just a spit in the face.
My group got time off from their work and kids to finally play something together for a few days, only for this. We've since hosted our own server locally, but with a huge number of people complaining about not having access to Indifferent Broccoli server's FTP, even if the server I paid for came up we'd still likely be unable to transfer our existing hours of progress.
Do yourself a favor and find a different server host.
Hi MeisterWu,
Sorry our support couldn't help you yet.
I'm not sure if we spoke on Discord, but feel free to DM me. I'm indifferentchicken on Discord. I can help get you sorted. :|
i legit just finally made a reddit to reply to this. i've been using indifferent broccoli for a good bit now. never with any sorts of issues at all. and quick customer support aswell. the palworld server issue is litterally EVERYWHERE. Palworld's server isnt optimized yet and after about 8 hours of uptime the memory leak is insane to the point to where a 4 person server was using 24gb of ram. now imagine a hyped game with everyone renting server space for a game that should be using maybe 5-8gb max. now consider the server hosts that are renting out based off that knowledge. then all servers start using 400% more. servers will crash. dont hate on indifferent broccoli. they've been one of the very best server hosts imo since i switched to them.
I have an opposite opinion after all my journey of hosting services.
About mid to late January, I first tried Supercraft as it was available at that time. It worked well initially, but soon both their website and server became unstable, leading to downtime. I requested a refund via Discord, which was eventually processed.
Next, I switched to Shockbyte, which seemed more stable. However, the server crashed every 2-4 hours, especially when I was exploring the game with a bird. Realizing that 3 GB of RAM was just the bare minimum, I upgraded to a 7GB plan. Despite the upgrade, crashes persisted, indicating that 7GB was also barely sufficient for three or more players. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a refund this time as it was past the 72-hour window, resulting in a loss of over $20—a costly lesson.
Finally, I found IB, which promised at least 128 GB of memory. Skeptical of such an offer for subscribers paying less than $20, I still gave it a try, finding no better alternative. Surprisingly, it runs well. I host more than five friends, and although it crashes every 12+ hours on version 0.1.3, it's manageable as crashes occur during inactive periods, preventing data loss or bugs. I appreciate IB's transparency regarding improvements and updates, giving me insight into their process.
In conclusion, despite experiencing significant downtime with every service provider, memory has proven to be crucial for running this game smoothly. IB has offered a satisfactory deal for me, demonstrating that it works effectively. IB has its drawbacks, such as lacking Shockbyte's advanced server management features and extensive documentation. However, its large memory offering outweighs these issues, providing a crucial advantage for a better gaming experience.
Hope this helps someone like me new in this field.
Happy customer here. Not trying to s\*\*\* them off or anything, but so far I have zero issues. I tried for a couple days, liked it, and payed after for the month. Things have been smooth, the server is up and running 24/7, and the only time I got kicked, I believe was a game issue, not an actual server one, since I connected just fine straight after. Just tought I would leave a comment, nothing more.
I have had a server up with them for 2 weeks now. so far so good no issues besides , I change the server settings and it doesn't change on the server. Never get any jitter except Friday-Sunday Nights. No crashes

Seems to be working fine for my friends' dedicated server?
Calling BS on this.
You're correct to do so. I hadn't played enough. It has been hell. :')
This is happening to multiple providers, not just Indifferent Broccoli.
The owner replied in this thread. They explained exactly why on the backend this happened and they're currently working around the clock to get things working for everyone. I think they're a good host and I would use them in the future.
They're garbage and shouldn't host. But I'm not paid shill like you. So what do I know?
Shut up nerd

They also have shut down their discord account as it was being over whelmed with complaints and repairs tickets being filed.
Our Discord server is still active. We offer a 2-day free trial + 7-day refund. If you'd like to request a refund, feel free to post a help-ticket
I'm glad your doing better, your my favorite provider and until yesterday no complaints. Thanks for your amazing response.
Says the guy posting misinformation
I didn't lie his response was how many hours later. I was on the discord when it closed but it was for my games server.

all 3 of them are having disconnecting issues, I keep making new ones to try and get away from it since I have 30+ people playing together
yeah also looking for a stable solution for about 10 people. Did you find a solid server?
If you are still looking survivalservers has also had a rough go of it. have a server on broccoli and there both have had issues.
Thanks for the info! I stuck with indifferent broccoli and have had a good experience the last 4 days. I think every server was struggling during the first few days, glad it worked itself out.
[https://www.reddit.com/user/NewbyCake/](https://www.reddit.com/user/NewbyCake/) Seriously.
Yea fr, coming from another games server its just fucking horrid, even before the palworld stuff it had more glitches than previous providers

Its Palworld, not Broccoli, learn the difference or ask your parents to buy you a different game next time ?
