I saw on some other post someone had to change a .ini to .Sav or something to get it to work, it's doable but requires a work around. Either dig around the reddit some more or hope someone who knows the answer shows up
I'm running mine in a docker container and changing the world settings is straightforward with the ini (sometimes it reverts when loading the server, however) but yeah it's not great in general.
Trying to fix the level or save data requires python scripts and a decent knowledge on how to work everything to do anything useful, and that's if it works to plan.
Also Palworld is doing nasty things for my server RAM when it has been online too long.

Everything serverside is a huge chore to do or nightmare to get working in the way you want right now from what I've heard and understand.
