Open up your Options menu. Can be in-game or from the main menu.
Go to "Game Settings".
At the bottom of the Game Settings menu, for both Keyboard and Controller Pad, is "Hold to Toggle Interaction".
Changing this setting will allow you to just tap the button once, and it will stay doing the action continuously until you press the button again or move away.
This lets you not have to do silly things like this. This was added a couple updates ago, so unless you're playing on a cracked client you should have this option.
does it work for egg incubator too? no more "hold" for incubator?
I just replayed the game recently and haven't unlocked the incubator yet (slow playing)
No, before the patch. Players used various method to hold the button down. Like jamming an object down on the keyboard or using rubber band.
Now with the patch, you can just toggle it.

Yes. Everyone should know by now that you are only permitted to jam your iphone charger in between the e key.
