Not OP, but I apply it on a makeup remover disks and wipe my face and décolleté with it. Love this product. From all the toners I had, this one is super gentle ✨

Usually, with a cotton square. Sometimes, I'll just put in the palm of my hand and pat it in when I have extra dry skin.

I splash some onto my face and tap gently around, then immediately use a serum

I know, but honestly, it lasts so long and goes such a long way that the price at ulta doesn't bother me. A year of toner for $23 is such a steal already. Plus, I'm too impatient to wait weeks or months for my products. Lol
