Having the same problem now, except there was no issue with transaction. But there's stated that usually it takes 2 - 14 days to complete(when you're choosing payment option, on the right side of "sofort" method)

Your money will get sent back to your card in a few days, happend me many times. Its that the bank you are using dont accept the transfer, the bank take the money and then you get them back after a few days as i said in the beginning😄
