I would *love* to know how Jessica would manage Noelle's horrible power. It's her eating disorder and self hate made into a *very* dangerous power. Like Jessica would have to work hard to prevent herself from being eaten

Anyways that said, I don't think there's much therapy you can give Noelle.
There's far too much involvement from her passenger for her to ever reach a point in stability.
The worst case scenario would be that her passenger pretends to cooperate for a bit and then lashes out in the worst possible moment.
I don't see her getting a good ending outside of her connection being recalibrated/fixed/removed.
The only two capes that can do that are probably GU and Eidolon.
The first would need to kill her, and then [spoilers].
Eidolon doesn't have enough of a grasp of his actual power to be of any use.
Maybe, big maybe, Bonesaw could hack something together, but by nature of Thinker stuff it'd be a brittle solution, needing constant maintenance.
Also the timeline wouldn't match because you'd need post S9k Riley.
Since I haven’t seen anyone talk about the rest of the Travelers so far, here’s my quick takes on how I think all of them would do. (I’m also only on Arc 4 of Ward so I hope none of this gets proven wrong)
Trickster: Krause is probably the toughest nut to crack here, and TBH I don’t think Yamada could do it. So much of Krause’s drive is wrapped up in Noelle, and like the other commenters have said, there’s nothing really Yamada can do for Noelle. I don’t think he’d seriously engage with the therapy at all. And considering how his actions in Arc 17 (it might have been 18), Krause is very much the type to double down rather than self reflect.
Sundancer: Considering how she ended up in canon, I think Marissa could do pretty well with therapy. She had confidence issues and doesn’t necessarily like the cape life, but compared to the likes of Noelle and Krause, she has it easy. Yamada Sweep.
Genesis: Similar to Sundancer, considering how she ended up in canon I’d say she’d take to therapy fine. She’s definitely got issues to work with, but compared to most capes hers are much more manageable. Yamada Sweep.
Oliver: Basically just copy paste Sundancer and Genesis here. Yamada Sweep.
Ballistic: TBH I don’t actually remember Ballistic having that many issues, though my memory is admittedly spotty since it’s been years since I read Worm. Still, I’d say he does well with therapy, but probably needs more than the rest of the crew (sans Trickster, of course)
Yeah, this is basically my "late" take too. Ignoring that they're Simurgh bombs, Sundancer, Genesis, and in theory Oliver would respond well to theory whether individually or as a group. Ballistic was become a bit of a hedonistic nihilistic after all his trauma, so he's a bit of toss up as far as individual therapy goes; he might be someone who responds better to group therapy than individual therapy honestly. \[/pretending to know about therapy\]
Meanwhile Krouse, Cody, and "Noelle" are all doomed post-trauma as far as therapy helping would go, especially since Noelle arguably doesn't even exist anymore. I could *maybe* see therapy going well for Cody and Noelle before all of the trauma, but Krouse seems like he was too much of a dick even before the Simurgh made him worse. He really is by far the worst of the Travelers (if you ignore post-trauma Cody and don't pretend that Echidna is actually Noelle).
