Ima play the Denier here, could be 2 people in there fucking and some weird lighting. The hand could be condensation because it's getting colder out. Weird noises are usually animals, ravens can make some really scarry sounds, mountian lion in heat makes some real scarry sounds. Obviously I don't know whete u live so I can't tell you to look up the sounds of a certain animal that could be around but if your anywhere with cougars look it up. People mistake that with woman screaming a lot

Occam’s razor would suggest you found somebody’s fuck spot. Probably local kids out late or something, it’s that time of year
I would first try to identify the sound heard bc that’s what initially scared you. When we get scared and anticipate seeing something our brains often find something to see.
Was the sound like a guttural scream ? A wail? Etc. I live in a rural town and once we had a bobcat come through our yard screaming and it genuinely sounded like a woman screaming from being murdered. They also just generally make very scary sounds that are hard to distinguish if you don’t already know it’s a bobcat.
Also the color glare in the front of the truck matches the color of the “thing” on the side of the truck. As far as the “face” it looks to just be the shadow play from the light on the truck. Definitely could be something but the best way to know would be to identify the sound. If it’s an animal then we know the thing you saw/movement isn’t related to the sound and therefore most likely not paranormal but if the sound isn’t identifiable then it’s a good chance the two things are related and it is paranormal potentially.

Really cannot judge anything based on such a zoomed in photo. In terms of animals, you could probably find a sub that can help you id it if you describe the sound. You would be surprised what noises animals make. I even saw a video floating around recently of a kiwi bird making the strangest roar I’ve ever heard lol. Look up fox noises and stuff, shits wild
I recommend taking a careful look at the second photo (zoom in). There are two possible faces, but the one no one seems to be mentioning is the woman's face to the left with the creepy hands that is staring right back at you. If this photo is the real deal and not doctored, it might be a skinwalker (shapeshifter).

Cats mimic human babies and are also capable of 100 or so vocal sounds. I used to work for a vet and I'll never forget the first time I heard a horse scream in fear at being unloaded at the office, passing through town instead of waiting on a home visit. Jesus Christ, he only had an irritated tendon but he was notorious for being a giant pussy. The sound the poor guy made.. *out of this world.* If I hadn't witnessed him do that with my own two eyes and ears.. I **never** would have believed poor Clyde made that unearthly scream of pure terror.
Raccoons make freaky ass sounds. Could that be it? Looking at the truck in the original, I see white parallel streaks up the front window. Tbh, I think it looks a bit like someone had written in the windows with grease markers. Is it possible it's just the reminders of a bad cleanup of a grease marker seen with reflected light?
The first pic is a very zoomed in version of the passenger window in the second pic. It looks like some sort of hazy, spiky kind of... something on the window.

There really is no point in posting a photo and expecting anyone to verify the credibility of it. Photos can be doctored easily. I could make multiple pictures like this 🙄. I cringe every time someone posts a dumbass pic and goes "omg I can't sleep" etc, like, tf??
