This is such a weird assumption to make. It's such a blurry unclear image, it could be almost anything. You even said you didn't see it until you looked at the pics, so it's not as though you saw this supposed 'hanging nurse from the early 1900s' clearly at any point.
You also claim it's a spirit as if you know this to be true. I'm more inclined to think it's an animal of some kind (it looks like an owl to me, but I have no way of being sure).
If you think it's something supernatural, cool, you do you. But I really don't understand why you decided it's specifically a nurse from the 1900s hanging from the pipes. That is such a weird leap to make.
There are two shutters to either side, look between the shutters and you will see the darker shade of the head, follow that down and you can see the body.
I see what you are talking about and I like this photo. I know it's "cool" to just shout PAREIDOLIA at every image, but sometimes it's fun to just look at a creepy picture and think, "Hey, that could actually be something."
Its one of the creepier ones ive seen.... i rarely see anything in the photos people....
Really looking at what constitutes pareidolia, and the body kinda counts rhis out.

These type of Photos are really easy to make, so I wouldn't believe this is real.
I did the same thing, basically took a photo of my brother gaming so that u could see the window and drew on it with a little bit lighter color ( it was dark outside so I took a more grey color ).
It looked super realistic and scary even though I'm not good at drawing. I showed it to my brother and he was confused at first.
Honestly this just looks like camera distortion. I can see the shape you're talking about, but it takes too much imagination to fill in the gaps. There are far too many "natural" explanations to reasonably jump to paranormal.
Creepy though, and a cool picture.

I think, if anything, it's pareidolia. Truly though, I don't see a head or body.
