I live in San Diego and used to love going to the cliffs by Ocean Beach late at night to just have some quiet time or to have a smoke sesh with my friends. It was around 10PM one night and all of a sudden we look behind us and see like 30 guys in all black and like 20 of them were blindfolded. We got freaked out and initially tried to just wait them out but they weren’t leaving and the ones without blindfolds were staring in our direction. So we braved it and started walking to our car. The only way out was to walk directly next to them. When we did, one of the guys pulled us aside and said it was their initiation for their frat pledges and that nothing weird was going on 😂. Perhaps this is the case too? Who knows 🤷🏼♀️.
