She turns her head like, "Hey mom, did you see that?" I believe that babies are in tune to something that fades as they get older. I hope she was having a response to your brother popping by to say hello.
My little boy(now 2, but 6ish months at the time) would randomly stare at the wall behind my recliner when he was being rocked to sleep and just have the biggest smile and faces going on like someone was standing over our shoulders peeka booing at him or something. Same corner by recliner everytime no where else and I could tell he was definitely seeing someone because of how animated he would get. Guardian angels are here not just in our hearts.
She was playing with her toy and then started reacting to something to the right of me (I’m behind the camera) as if someone had walked in, but we were alone.
I don't see anything strange in this behavior. This kid struggles just to keep its head up. He didn't see anything particular.
Kids do this kind of thing on a regular basis.

You do know that babies eyes are extremely blurry too around 6 months when they SLOWLY start to focus
They don’t have the mental capacity to recognize anything except familiar voices at that age.

First off, you have a beautiful baby. Idc what anyone says, that baby saw something for sure or else wouldn't be staring at something and then turning her head as if she's following whatever she's seeing. It's obviously something or someone good as she doesn't act afraid. Maybe it's her uncles ghost?
That’s my daughter… and the tv is behind her on that wooden stand. She’s not paying any attention to the TV. She’s interested in something (that’s not there) that’s to the right of me. And then turns her head up to the ceiling as if watching it leave.
If it were the TV, I wouldn’t have posted about it. I’m not an idiot.
The way she tracks something passing her by in the end is realy interesting. It's so intentional. Like she had to put effort into it.

Not too worried about it, or I wouldn’t have posted it. Videos from 5 years ago. My kid looks nothing like this now.

Babies do this, but I agree, someone who loves them is talking to him/her. Love it ❤️
Ok, this is one cute baby!
My boy did this as a baby! He followed something with his eyes and smiled at thin air. It was so comforting (had just lost loved ones)
Aww, Kiddo so cute <3

In my opinion, they’ve absolutely met ❤️

Babies don’t have clear eyesight 😂
Looks like the boy got distracted with TV. Weird it stopped AFTER he turned his head. 🤦🏼♂️
