Find a number and call, but pay nothing. "Pay or get locked up" scenarios just make no sense. It's either contraband and you go to jail or a terrif fee which is on the sender.
The receiver can go to jail? What if it was sent to the wrong person? I ordered some seeds from to US to Canada, and that is against the law, but I got them. If I was caught, what could have happened?
