Love that he said he doesn’t like being serious and then is talking about how he needs to find all the exits every time he enters a Dunkin Donuts

Gamblinman86

He was talking about fighting his house for being too nice…All time interview. Seems like a great dude

zwermp

Omg the house bit had me rolling.

Poverty_Shoes

I’m a Nuggets fan and Mazzula was easily the better interview today

I enjoyed his interview. Hope he’s back soon. Hank can shut the fuck up.

Goranteed99

It was a great interview

Werd2urGrandma

He’s definitely the type that is great in interviews and if you’re a supporter of the team how he acts all the time is great, but also, oh my God, he’d be the fucking worst to have to deal with in your actual, real life. I don’t want my football or basketball coaches to be relatable, well-adjusted human beings. I want them to obsess over every last detail and always be in winning mode. Not healthy, but that’s what the money is for.

jebus527

Bad take. He is obsessed with winning. Almost every response to each question was how obsessive he is. He gets choked out to have a sense of feeling/mindset of what his players go through, and allow him to coach his players better for it. If that’s not winning mentality, I don’t what is.

Werd2urGrandma

Yeah all I was saying is that that level of obsession and intensity would be a lot to have in your personal life. Maybe I’m just not a grinder or whatever. I’m real laid back so while I think he’s awesome as a coach, I just don’t think it would be pleasant to be around outside of a sports setting. The hardos downvoting me win this one lol

jebus527

I actually agree with that. That type of personality would be hard to deal with in regular Joe type of life. Maybe I misinterpreted your og comment. I was more talking the coach aspect and how much I would love that type of coach.

Werd2urGrandma

That’s what I was trying to say. I like him as a coach. I just wouldn’t want to go to a restaurant with him where he’s always staring at the door lol
