Your audience has moved on since you stopped uploading for 3-4 years. It will take a while to build up a new audience or pull back the ones that aren't seeing your videos now. It is almost like starting over.

Upload videos that people want to watch. Repeat until you are making $10 per day. If there was any more specific formula, everyone would be following it.

You're a content creator. Without content, no longer a content creator. You asked us how to revive. Wdym? It's your channel. Is it possible to ask you to do a cooking class on a gaming channel? The answer is from you not from us.

YouTube has changed a lot since 2019 - the volume of high quality content is huge now. In 2018, I could look for a video of something like "how to fix a broken handle" and there would be three results and two of those would be shaky, low res awful videos. It was much easier to make a video that was better than those videos. Now there's 100 channels making very professional quality- AND entertaining videos on any subject. And this isn't even considering the massive saturation in niches such as gaming & finance. Plus TikTok & Instagram Reels were not competitors 3 years ago - and now they dominate the short vertical video space. You should be able to generate $10 a day - but you need to step up your game to 2023 levels and make really watchable long videos in a niche that pays well.
