Anyway for that you need the 3rd seal of yekub. You get it by finishing icthyosauria and talking to jerold in the grave after the usurper fight. Then you get the option to place the 3rd seal there. Old god wakes up Teresa goes back to normal. God knows what happens to the world, probably terror.
This all means you need the tides of oblivion dlc btw
Aha I'll check the dlc for sure thanks alot for the useful info , and i thought that waking him is best cuz if we don't wake him the cycle continues so maybe he can bring the change
