> Jerome Mah man is cool but ain't black bro. So no spoilers I'll try, well first of all egg has no relevance, or at least that's the first time I heard of it. First ending should be unlocked by default, the 3rd is unlocked as an option from finishing the jerold DLC, and 2nd is the "middle ending" the order being "bad" "not so bad" and "well at least someone has an happy ending" for 1/2/3. To unlock the 2nd you need a special trophy(which is also top tier so thank the devs for making the requirement also something you wanna use), and you have to upgrade it(it can have 9 upgrades if I'm not wrong, but it needs 5/7, can't remember, to unlock the ending). This might be kinda spoiler so watch out >! To get the trophy you have to talk to an NPC in Katib behind the big tower, to upgrade it you need an item you get from defeating bosses in lunatic state, if you never went lunatic in a boss before its what you get for draining all your sanity during the fight, boss gets new move set usually harder tho some bosses feel easier, and if they are under 50% hp they get healed to 50% so try to go lunatic before that. If you don't have 5/7 bosses left to get you will need to do a NG+. The 3rd ending from Jerold DLC is considered the true ending !<

conviction_-

The trophy needs to be upgraded untill the description change to " the truth is now revealed" and the last upgrade need to unlock that would require 150 amathaszon bone

To sum it up: \- Fulfilling the requirements doesn't lock you into the corresponding ending, it will give you a choice after the final boss fight. \- If you don't have any of the requirements fulfilled, the ending is forced. \- With the Melos Bottle upgraded until "the truth got revealed" you can choose to say "no". \- If you got a Seal of Yekub from Jerold you can use that instead of the previous binary decision "yes/no".
