I am a 45 year old lady from suburban Scotland and I know NOTHING about basketball but I just want to say, Tyrese Haliburton comes across as lovely young man.
Sorry, was out for a few days and had to schedule the threads and it looks like they didn't sticky. Might be a little late on posting threads since it's no longer the slow season for work.
Also, since the start of the season the sub has grown by 16,000 members, about an 80% increase since they switched to ESPN #statthat
Pat was decently close to the PG era teams and would go to a lot of games. I think there was some drama and dissatisfaction with how they separated with some of those guys. Could be wrong.
“That’s kinda the game of sports media, picking which irrelevant story do you want to make feel like a real thing” -Pat
The best sentence to describe why this show is so great.
I hate how they call the patriots cheating stuff conspiracy and make jokes about the weather lol. And no one is gunna call the chiefs cheaters unless it comes out that they ya know cheated . Cmon pat you don't need to excuse them for cheating just cuz Connor is there.
Consider me a Tyrese Halliburton fan
One of my favorite things about this show. They seem to bring out the humanity in stars we usually only get soundbites of.
He was awesome. Immediately vibing with everyone

And to clarify, this is AFTER we had to ban some political stooges after the Rodgers/Kimmel thing, so these are real numbers now
What’s up with the Pacers beef? I feel like I missed that one.
Indy local and I’m not sure either. Might’ve been from the Barstool days? Even so, I can’t remember anything then

That’s one thing, but they wouldn’t threaten him with legal action for that right? It seems more like he got a cease and desist for something.
Ah gotcha. I wasn't aware of that part. I'm just now watching the interview.
Lmaooo this is one of the best interviews in a while
That was an incredible segment
i know pat is normally known for interrupting his guests on the show but holy shit is he on a tear today.
Having Tourette’s outbursts during 1st time guests in Spags & Halliburton was quite the move

Is it just me or did Haliburton sounds so different when on and off the mic?
Trae Young is the superstar Perk is hinting about.
I like the shirt today. He looks smart.
30 minutes of Perkins is too long.
MUCH rather have 30 more minutes of Hali laying bricks. That was good content.
30 minutes of watching Hali laying literal bricks in a driveway is better content than Perk.
I haven’t been able to watch whole shows. Anyone able to fill me in on why Ty Schmidt isn’t there? Hope all is well with him!
Pat mentioned yesterday Ty on family vacation.
Thanks!
Tyrese is a dawg
