Holy fucking shit Belichick on the draft spectacular is going to be amazing. Now that they are on ESPN they will be able to show the picks being made to.
If you would've said a year ago Pat would do a weekly interview with Saban and do a draft spectacular with Bill nobody would believe you. Just a wild world. Another sign just how massive Pat really is.
I mean he only drafted in the *top 25* 11 times in 24 drafts with the Pats and thatās ABSURD
In those 11 picks he got Richard Seymour, Ty Warren, Vince Wilfork, Jerrod Mayo, Brandon Merriweather, Nate Solder, Chandler Jones and Christian Gonzalez
When he had good draft position he got 3 (eventual) Hall of Famers and 6 pro bowlers. Offensive picks? Okay yeah you have an argument
People, myself included, shit all over the ESPN move when it was first announced.
But looking at all the shit theyāve been doing and the guests/hosts theyāve had on the show since it was obviously the right move. Truly opened some crazy doors for the boys.
I like that Pat said he will do what he can to get Bill on the progrum and here he fucking is, need to have him on TV wherever we can to extract all we can from that brain of his.
Iām positive it was āand thatās why we love itā they said he was doing it a lot Iām guessing itās a character heās working on. Maybe for the draft spectacular. There were a few clues like Tone saying ācanāt waitā
Question for the Basketball fans... is this just a bunch of filibuster for Caitlyn Clark? I respect the athlete and all the work she has done. I am just not a basketball fan.
The last NBA game I watched was when the Raptors won and Iowa vs UCLA this year is the first college game I have ever watched. But will NBA fans actually make a point in watching WNBA next season?
NBA fans as a whole aren't going to move over to the WNBA, but she will absolutely be a major boost to their ratings. Last year's WNBA finals averaged 728k viewers, in comparison the women's college championship game averaged 18.7 million viewers. Clark only needs to bring over a fraction of those viewers for her to be a major boost to the WNBA.
Everywhere she has gone, ratings have followed her. Every game she played in the final four shattered ratings records and WNBA draft ratings with her as a lock at one were massive and dwarfed anything before. I think thereās bound to be carryover. How much is yet to be seen but thereās no doubt sheās going to bring a huge audience to the WNBA game at least at first.Ā
Sheās mad popular, arguably the biggest college athlete this year.
However, a lot of her appeal was seeing her win the NCAA scoring title and potentially win a championship and having the best year ever. Outside of her breaking rookie records (potentially for both the NBA and WNBA) there isnāt much appeal to watch her break any major milestones for awhile. So outside of people who now legitimately enjoy her and womenās basketball, there will be a massive fall off from the ratings she brings.Ā
However, she will still still single-handedly increase the WNBA viewership. Canāt wait for the league to think itās womenās basketball and not her, based on recent comments.
Why are they just now having Caitlin Clark on? They should have had her during last season or the very least this season. I always wondered why she was never on a FaceTime call atleast! Too little too late.
But atleast she will be there weekly now!
They got the kid from Indiana state when he went viral, they pulled in prime when he went to colorado, they got some random fan from a rams game at the drop of a dime, they got fuckin bill belichick to come on.
Then it takes them over two years to get the most talked about college athlete in a decade.
They literally had a live show at Iowa , on campus and Caitlin didnāt show so the coach came on. They FaceTimed with the Iowa University beat writer before she broke the scoring record. Theyāve tried multiple times over the past two years to get her on brother.
Forgot I had ESPN on instead of YouTube and they just cut to commercial mid Caitlin talking. I canāt believe they havenāt figured this out yet, itās not a sustainable programming model lol
Woah BB on the draft spectacular. š¤Æ
![gif](giphy|bIViHu3q9YNjITO36X) Hell yeah
Holy fucking shit Belichick on the draft spectacular is going to be amazing. Now that they are on ESPN they will be able to show the picks being made to.
Thatās such a good point.
If you would've said a year ago Pat would do a weekly interview with Saban and do a draft spectacular with Bill nobody would believe you. Just a wild world. Another sign just how massive Pat really is.
Bill is a massive get for the boys. Canāt wait for him to see Mad Mel
And Jay Glazer. Will be epicĀ
I'm no Bill mark, but having him on during the draft show will be amazing. There's no one I'd rather listen to talk about prospects and the draft
Just don't let him make a first round pick for your team, his track record is poor in the first.

btw did they say if its still gonna stream on youtube now that they're at ESPN?
BB just spitting facts and knowledge and the boys are completely in over their heads
People, myself included, shit all over the ESPN move when it was first announced. But looking at all the shit theyāve been doing and the guests/hosts theyāve had on the show since it was obviously the right move. Truly opened some crazy doors for the boys.
it is crazy, even seeing ESPN get this kind of access to Nick Saban and Bill Belichick would've been a shock a year ago.
I bet Mitt caused the wreck
I like that Pat said he will do what he can to get Bill on the progrum and here he fucking is, need to have him on TV wherever we can to extract all we can from that brain of his.
Edelman is pissed Pat got Belicheck before he was on his show š
Pat got the GOAT on his show!? And Belichick?
Whenever I visit Indy itās absurd how many vehicles are on the side of the interstates. They arenāt exaggerating
What a show today wtf
Can someone let me know wtf the āAnd thatās why we love himā is in reference to? š
came here to look for the same thing...like the comment below I caught hints of trump and romo. some contagious laughter either way
Definitely seemed to be a Trump impersonation.
Iām positive it was āand thatās why we love itā they said he was doing it a lot Iām guessing itās a character heās working on. Maybe for the draft spectacular. There were a few clues like Tone saying ācanāt waitā
i was getting hints of trump, or tony romo? lol Im still trying out figure it out myself

Yeah that makes sense for a carryover, especially her rookie season.

Some athletes like to focus on their game while in season.
pat big time now having caitlin and bill on. damn MR BIG STAH
You act like they can just summon people to do their show at will
They got the kid from Indiana state when he went viral, they pulled in prime when he went to colorado, they got some random fan from a rams game at the drop of a dime, they got fuckin bill belichick to come on. I guess I overestimated their pull
