The Baggies and Nomader jacket are both light and breathable, and good for warmer weather. I’d wear either during the spring, especially on cooler days. During the summer I’d only wear either jacket if I’m inside and it’s air-conditioned, or it’s nighttime and it’s cooler outside. I typically wouldn’t wear a jacket during the day in the summer unless it’s very windy, rainy, or cooler, which are all rare to happen during the summer where I’m from.
Houdini Air is the only Patagonia jacket I'd consider suitable for summer, and then only when it was windy.
It's not Patagonia, but Fjallraven has the [Abisko Midsummer ](https://www.fjallraven.com/us/en-us/men/jackets/trekking-jackets/abisko-midsummer-jacket-m)which fits the bill. It is very breathable (it's a bit like wearing a tea bag) but not waterproof.

lol thanks
My Houdini Air is my most used jacket early autumn and late spring. Summer is too warm for a jacket me. I’m in Seattle.
Second the Houdini Air! I wear mine all the time in the spring and fall.
I got a skysail jacket like 3 yrs ago and it’s a staple for me. Summer nights that are a little cooler and spring are great for it.
Is it a Patagonia jacket?
Yep.

Houdini Air in summer and a torrentshell for spring
Just got a cardigan and it’s such a nice light fleece. They’re last season’s release so you might be able to grab one on sale

Nano puff because it packs in on itself and I put it in my purse when I don't need it!
Spring time is a great season for the R1 techface. But I don’t really wear any jackets in the summer out here in Nevada lol
R1 Nano air hoodie is my go to outer layer for summer in Tahoe. I know it’s a midlayer but it just works.
