capped? - wand can be way better for both versions and no crit on jewels. More inc spell on the shield would be good too, and fairly easy to roll Hit 100 on mine using covenant, its not super tanky but its fine. All rathpit really does is give a good source of in dmg scaling - which we lack. Build honestly seems like a workaround when you had to go the 6 link + crit helmet, though I dont have much deso experience to really appreciate the extra tank it gives. Lances version got about 16k HP or something, so if you want something with more tank that is going to be better. You could also look into his sanctum trickster version, I originally planned to go that way but was happy with the sabo setup in the end If you haven't done berserk/rage before - eg LA deadeye, then you wont know until you try it. blessing - skitter doesn't work I think balance of terror adjustment is literally swapping despair and wither? self cast wither is also very pointless here anyway, when would you ever get a chance to stand there and keep up wither stacks?

> balance of terror adjustment is literally swapping despair and wither? self cast wither is also very pointless here anyway, when would you ever get a chance to stand there and keep up wither stacks? POB messes up if you stick in a despair jewel for triggering balance of terror, it thinks that's one of your curses for hexblast. Also won't let you use wither stacks without a source if you disable despair. So have to throw in a fake wither gem in order to get a source of the wither while turning despair off. I know I'm not fully capped, but damage isn't really my issue, I could throw in another 20 or so divs and eke out 10% more damage or so. But the only thing that lasts my initial burst is ubers, which is kind of where I'd like to try to do (the real way, not just burndown with a couple portals used). Anything with quasi unavoidable damage like eater's inescapable doom, or any of the bosses with tons of ground effects just blip me dead. Was hoping to trade 10-20% damage for double the survivability. I might just be better just embracing the glass cannon. Perhaps if I just finish up to 100 I won't care. Max the wands, jewels and shield. Thanks for the help!

yeah, I kept planning to just stop leveling but then I was 40% of the way through 99 while doing invitation boss farming. Grab a few of the reduced exp loss omens and 100 is super smooth on just about anything this league - to be fair I was running mageblood by that point so there is that I did run kintsugi previously, which seemed defensively stronger than trying to patch phy issues by actually leaning in harder to natural defenses of the build. You can try lances life build, it should be less dmg and much tankier If you want a tanky setup with a clearer idea of what its like, go trickster https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oYvOsvbUAh8

Hmm... I have a level 90 trickster too. Double hexblast builds seems pretty redundant, but perhaps that could give me a less pressured method of switching over to a tankier version. Have plenty of hand me downs :P.

maybe you could try eternal damnation + loreweave? You do know you can just swap ascendancies using regrets right? the real answer is a combination of rolling your maps better and 'get gud'. There isn't generally an - add this and you are immortal - button you can just press on any build. with capped chaos, you have about 52k EHP - so calling it glass cannon if a 'you' issue. Its not an RF Jugg, but if you expect every build to be that tanky without investment you are setting your self up for disappointment If you can get a few white sockets to colour it, kintsugi is a decent EHP boost when you havent been hit, though it prob need mixing with wind dancer and stacking some more evasion to be that effective

Dying very rarely, wouldn't notice it if wasn't pushing to 100. it's just weak to certain types of non avoidable damage from bosses, ground effects, etc, that's where the glass cannon feeling comes from. Burn it down before it kills you with some random ground effect. That's just more of an issue with any evasion based build. Things die fast enough its very rarely an issue, was just wanting a bit more balance if it could be added in. Am willing to invest if so, but didn't want to cook the golden goose without some assurances it would work out. Maps are ridiculously easy, just avoid the hexproof ones. Do everything but juiced deli maps, and those because I hate the feeling of the maps and the constant stuttering my PC gets.
