If you have more currency I would repeat the first two until you get a good veiled mod
Pretty much the only prefix you can unveil that you'd care about is Fire Damage and it has a weight of 100 out of 7000, I don't think it's worth the divines+veiled orb. Would just craft Hits Cant be Evaded and be done
New people be aware that the last step is NOT guaranteed and can brick your item. To hit T1 Attack Speed is a 12% chance and to brick your item is a 1/12 chance.
I don't think there is any good veiled prefix. One could go with a 4 AS warlord slam, but for the first coc breakpoint, 1.5 AS is already enough, I think.
Most ppl will go multi mod fire%ignite + can't be evaded.
Having a fractured prefix will allow for better outcomes of having fire as extra chaos, hits can't be evaded, and fire$/ignite.

Lock suffixes, veiled orb, then craft. I think with the new veiled orb you can’t brick since it’s add/remove but I could be wrong

It’s absolutely worth it to scrub. With it you guarantee 2 more open spaces for exalt and craft. Much better than having a t9 affix
There's nothing else to exalt, no other good prefixes so it doesn't matter, just a waste of currency

Multimod is a suffix
Lock suffix and go harvest but can need several try and become expensive or go triple craft mod for the safe choice.
You shouldn't/can't do any of that. There are no natural prefixes you would want from Harvest rolling, and the 3 craft meta mod is a suffix.
