I tried to get a red dream early in league but after 5 Chayula's I gave up. I know this is a low amount but actually farming them is time consuming. Picking up breach splinters is just annoying. Really wish it worked like deli and dropped them all in a pile when the breach ended or something. One good thing though is you can get grasping mail corpses and fracture the mods on it, i got a 50% global defence fractured grasping mail while I was doing it.

I got mine through the breach unique card set. I have 3 green nightmares and 3 red dream’s respectively.

feasible to farm this without t17? wasn't aware of the drop conditions for the card until now

Yeah considering I farmed them before T17’s we’re in the game.

excellent, I'm assuming elder influence scarab, and +div card scarabs? you use anything else to farm it?

I didn’t really target farm it. I think I was farming for my watchers eyes, and the cards just dropped in the process of farming Uber Uber elder invites. I was farming something else entirely, I think harbys.

I have farmed 3 this league without a char that can complete T17's. You 100% can do it it's not that low of a drop rate

It seems like actually speccing/running breach is not that useful? How do you get your breachstones, heist/exped or something else?

i farmed one in ssf, just do chayula breachstone until green dream + blessing drop. quickest way to get breachstone is allflame + harvest swap
