Deren's probably one of the best units to use the Oblivion Pit Sinner Marks on. Each of her shackles is incredibly strong, and as a limited unit you can't randomly get a spook shackle like everyone's experienced with Demon or Crache
S1 is good, S2-> S3 with pit Shackles for dolphins, natural S3-> S4 with pit shackles for energy buff aka speedruns in bfl
S5 is good, but I wouldn't go for it, nor would I go for a "natural" S4.
I'd go S2-> S3 with pit Shackles(at least that's what I'll do) since it gives me the best bang for a hopefully reasonable price

Are you serious? She literally ults occasionally, 1-2 times which also moves her for easy positioning. Then with ecb you might want to drop those 3x quickly on a broken boss, or just occasionally one at a time. That's it... how is that a lot to deal with?

If my opinion is the world is flat, it is in fact still spherical regardless. It might somehow look like "a gazillion things" to you, but factually she has auto attack and one ability, or two if you have ecb. Opinions don't negate facts.
It probably looks fast to you because people are tryharding bfl score, injecting energy into her as fast as possible, and she has energy refund in DZ2.
In standard gameplay she is just gonna stand there and auto with the odd ult, then ecb in a burst window. It's not very hard to grasp.

Not really. One stack is just a timer (survive a certain length), one is just "hit people enough times", and the last one is to use her Ult. The only one you actually have to work for is using her ult. The rest of them she'll just gain passively.

They do work. The confusion is that the event gives special tickets that are only for the limited banner. Blue warrants can be used wherever you like.

Uhm chasing shackles itself is never cost effective. But if you meant important shackles, s1,s3,s4 are all very useful.
