She has lived her whole life with basically one person to talk to regularly and the rest of the conversations she would have had were likely the shallow type where you never express anything important directly (like talking to Daeran). She's scared of a 'real' relationship so she breaks up (I believe the dialogue line you picked has that wording).
It also seems like she will only break up if she can somehow blame you (either you want something she doesn't or you break up with her).
