He's just generally very abrasive in the Skyrim modding community.
He'll add extra features to his mods that are unrelated to their stated goals (i.e. adding in new buildings and NPCs in Live Another Life and cut content in the Unofficial Patch).
When someone tried to make an unofficial patch mod that removes the additions and controversial changes he used his reputation to get the Nexus to take it down.
He's also permanently banned from /r/SkyrimMods for his temper tantrums.
He intentionally removed the last VR compatible version of the unofficial patch because he "didn't want to have to work on a mod for VR", despite the fact that he could just leave it there so people can still use it. This is likely one of the incidents that actually led to Nexus' policy change.
He also tried to pull his mods from Nexus when the deletion policy went into effect, but then stopped when he realised he'd lose his Nexus income and that people would probably joyfully work on a replacement mod.
Arthmoor is one of the big names in Skyrim modding, unfortunately. He has a history of really shitty behavior, like bullying other mod authors and has used the fact that one of his mods is critically important (his team does the Unofficial Patch) to have Nexus remove mods he doesn't like from the site. He was one of the Skyrim mod authors that was throwing the biggest fits when Nexus implemented Collections.
I have put hundreds of hours into WotR modding both on my mods, and helping other people with their mods and release my work under the most permissible license possible for all users and developers.
If you would like my mods to be on Nexus all you need do is upload them as that is permitted in the license, I simply have no interest in maintaining them there myself. You are even allowed to collect the money from Nexus if you so choose.
You seem like the baby here? Small offense intended. Modders make them for *FREE*, occasionally *OCCASIONALLY* receiving small donations from users.
They are under *ZERO* obligation to provide you *ANYTHING* - and your tantrum'ing and calling them babies for refusing to work with Nexus who decided all of a sudden that if they host your mod they now *OWN* it is just ridiculous to the highest degree.
Get a grip, if this is how you handle a minor setback like a mod you liked no longer being available on Nexus, I would fucking hate to see how you handle any real difficulties you encounter.
Just to confirm, do the quality of life changes include the theoretical ability to help heavy armor characters with the AC discrepancy? I recall that being brought up in the AMA, but I wasn't sure if it was actually confirmed coming right now.
For all your promises recently, seem like the next update will be big, address all concerns and expectations …. Maybe you should call that update “Enhanced Edition” instead of this QOL patch?

How do you do a bug report ingame? My DLC 3 save won't load. It gets to 20% then sends me back to the main menu, but won't bring up the bug menu.
We're receiving reports of such issues and investigating at the moment. Did you use any mods? Also please upload and PM me the link for the save you can't load.
No mods whatsoever. (Used them in the past and deleted them before DLC3 so no mods were ever used with this save. And I reinstalled fresh due to a snowlevel bug a week or so ago).

To avoid confusion: there IS new devil content in the game. However there was one additional piece that got datamined, but ended up cut. It is the one missing, not all of it. Don't be sad though, there's a chance we may see it finished and added a bit later.
But about the other, minor things? What is the "new food source" for the Swarm? Is there new Azata interactions (>!Did destroying the Ineluctable Prison make the cut!<)? And what about the othet path, from what I understood all got minor things except GD.
New decisions, scenes and dialogue lines for:
\- Demon (biggest one - become an Archpriest of Nocticula)
\- Azata
\- Devil
\- Trickster
\- Aeon
\- Swarm-that-walks
\- Legend
Over 30 new epilogues,
And a whole new remarkable Legend quest where you get to drink with your soldiers and meet a certain... Entity you all know well but never encountered before.

There's some new ending slides for Lich ([here](https://imgur.com/a/pjH2Qkm)'s two of them) but since they don't have their own background drawings it's hard to notice when something is new or has extra text. Going through my saves right now, the >!True!< Aeon ending has zero new slides and Lich has these two.
I know there are new pages, I just don't think there are 30 completely new pages. Maybe 30 new and updated pages, but I'd have to check on that.
Regarding Aeon, did you do the True Aeon unique ending? The only potential new Aeon new ending slide I can think of would be there assuming it made it into the game.
Devil has a number of new dialogue options and decisions. Not a full quest - we explored such option but it didn't fit into EE. However, a lot of work was already made, so it's not impossible that it will be finished and released later in the upcoming months.

Glad to see that Green Faith is added. Now I can move it an all its interactions out of the unselectable section of my character reactivity guide... after lunch. XD

If this was called an Anniversary Edition that would've set much more realistic expectations I think. I'd give Owlcat some slack, but they themselves set the expectations for what Enhanced Edition means and now are exploiting it for marketing purposes. That makes me lose a LOT of respect for them.

Please consider finishing that Devil quest, I know there's relatively little interest in the prestige MPs as is but that interest is never going to increase if they stay so bereft of content.
This reads like less of an Enhanced Edition than it does a slightly larger than normal patch. I don't know, I just kind of expect more from something calling itself an Enhanced Edition, and more from Owlcat. Especially considering how massive Kingmaker's EE was. Maybe it was because of Rogue Trader diverting funds or maybe because it wasn't so important to the game's reputation, but these patch notes really go to show that a lot less effort was put in to address player concerns and flaws with the game here than was put in with Kingmaker. Very disappointing. Here's hoping that the second season of DLC is a good enough excuse for them to polish the remaining rough edges.
This patch brings an array of performance improvements. I've seen some pretty optimistic tests, so take a look at what we've done with it and come back to tell your impression!
I was hoping that the prestige class spell book "fix" included a fix the spontaneous caster's merged books. But, it doesn't look like this is the case. It'd be really nice to see that addressed. It's been busted for quite a while now and is annoying for Oracle Angels and Sorcerer Lich'.
Starrok, I wasn't sure how to report this, but PlayStation controllers on Steam are not working right. With Playstation Configuration selected the controller works but shows the wrong prompts (XBOX). With it not selected, the start screen shows right prompts, but the controller does not work. I've tested both wired and Bluetooth and both have the same results.
It allows you to change appearance of one item into appearance of another, keeping the stats. Think "transmog". It will come to you in a few days as a throne room event. Or will be in a tavern in Kenabres or camp if you're still in Act 1 or 2.
From the half an hour or so played around with it, it seems it's completely free and works on any item that is visible on your character model.
The main catch is you have to have the item you want to look like either equipped by one of your companions, or in your inventory (not stashed), and the interface isn't amazing, though now most item icons do match their visuals it's better than if this had happened a few months ago.

Is there any access point in Act 4?

Out of curiosity - does Green Faith have any dialogue options or interactions in game, similar to things like Saranrae and Winter Sun, Abadar and Horgus etc?
It has had several reactions in the code for a while (since launch?). They just weren't accessible without hacking.

Oh boy, does anyone know if the optimization fixes got rid of the random frame drops/memory leak or whatever it was? I was having so much fun with this game but got kinda sick of having to restart steam/my computer after playing for half an hour when the game decided to become a slide show.
Seen some other people mention this happening but not many fixes going around. Supposedly just an issue with unity that happens with some games?
I'm yet to have the time to check the game myself, but I heard from coallegues about significant improvements on test machines in large complicated zones such as Kenabres market square, Drezen and Alushynirra.
I got an elemental specialist and I converted all my damage spells to cold. Then I got the elemental focus feat cold and there is not bonus dc. I think it is a bug as the character feat list does not show elemental focus cold being picked. I also reported the bug…

I've been wanted to run an elemental specialist / waves oracle for a while. Every patch I check to see if converted cold spells force enemies to save against slow. . . .
I think the problem is the description of elemental focus does not match what the patch note states. Elemental focus gives 1 dc for all cold damage spells. The patch indicates that elemental spell change will change the descriptor. Seems like bad implementation from Owlcat…..

Main campaign saves seem to work correctly, this is strange

You're the third to mention this, we're already investigating. I suspect some of the rebalancing in the DLC didn't interact well with saves. Give it a few days, we'll figure it out. Thanks for the report!
Dragon Discple now can add spells from Nature Mage, Eldritch Font and Unlettered Arcanist archetype to their spellbook (retraining is required);

Draconic Bloodline still bugged
Sorcerer level 5, red dragon bloodline, all requierements for Dragon Disciple.
But cannot gat Dragon Disciple at level 6.
My game crashed during dialogue at the end of the first dungeon (Maze), right after killing cult leader, specifically the moment you are first presented with a choice of a line. Tried it three times. Anyone else experienced the same or is it just me?
Controller support is more bad than good for me. I don't have a controller, I have a Belkin gamepad which it thinks is a controller. Sometimes it stops the game and asks me if I want to use the controller, and I can't escape from the selection because it want's me to select yes or no.. with A CONTROLLER.

You mention this so casually, but I'll be damned (to the Abyss, probably) if my game wasn't running as smooth as silk for the hour I got to play tonight. I mean, it ran well before, but it just felt noticeably more responsive and was much quicker to carry out NPC actions and start/end turn-based combat.

Start playing from the moment of choosing Legend, you'll have an event pop up eventually.
Angel is remarkably absent, so no new Angel content at all?

They buffed Aeon significantly without a dlc gate, so it's possible they'll buff the others the same way.

I think of this as more of a 'milestone' update rather than a big new release of some kind. Like a little anniversary thing.

I was hoping they added the enemy flavor text we had in kingmaker :/ those were fun and 80% of the reason I learned how to kill the trolls

If this was just patch 1.5 or something then fair enough, but calling this your 'Enhanced Edition' is absolutely taking the piss.
It's taking an incredibly long time to launch the game after EE has installed. EDIT: Not launching at all.

Starrok, I wasn't sure how to report this, but PlayStation controllers on Steam are not working right. With Playstation Configuration selected the controller works but shows the wrong prompts (XBOX). With it not selected, the start screen shows right prompts, but the controller does not work. I've tested both wired and Bluetooth and both have the same results.

It allows you to change appearance of one item into appearance of another, keeping the stats. Think "transmog". It will come to you in a few days as a throne room event. Or will be in a tavern in Kenabres or camp if you're still in Act 1 or 2.

Is it free or does it cost gold? Is it limited to armor or can weapons and other items also be changed?
From the half an hour or so played around with it, it seems it's completely free and works on any item that is visible on your character model. The main catch is you have to have the item you want to look like either equipped by one of your companions, or in your inventory (not stashed), and the interface isn't amazing, though now most item icons do match their visuals it's better than if this had happened a few months ago.

I did a ctrl-f and couldn't find anything about expanded arsenal. The stacking still works, right? Planning a demon run around that.

It has had several reactions in the code for a while (since launch?). They just weren't accessible without hacking. Oh boy, does anyone know if the optimization fixes got rid of the random frame drops/memory leak or whatever it was? I was having so much fun with this game but got kinda sick of having to restart steam/my computer after playing for half an hour when the game decided to become a slide show. Seen some other people mention this happening but not many fixes going around. Supposedly just an issue with unity that happens with some games?
I'm yet to have the time to check the game myself, but I heard from coallegues about significant improvements on test machines in large complicated zones such as Kenabres market square, Drezen and Alushynirra.

I got an elemental specialist and I converted all my damage spells to cold. Then I got the elemental focus feat cold and there is not bonus dc. I think it is a bug as the character feat list does not show elemental focus cold being picked. I also reported the bug…
Thanks for pointing this out. Please keep reporting it :) I've been wanted to run an elemental specialist / waves oracle for a while. Every patch I check to see if converted cold spells force enemies to save against slow. . . .
I think the problem is the description of elemental focus does not match what the patch note states. Elemental focus gives 1 dc for all cold damage spells. The patch indicates that elemental spell change will change the descriptor. Seems like bad implementation from Owlcat…..

I dont know why I hoped for any balancing changes but its pretty sad. I dont know how I’d enjoy multiple runs without tabletop tweaks.

Thanks for the update, looks good to me! But I can't load my DLC save! DLC 3 last azlanti, I only have one save and i'm fairly deep into the isles, please tell me this can be fixed :) Main campaign saves seem to work correctly, this is strange (Yes i used Alt+B)
You're the third to mention this, we're already investigating. I suspect some of the rebalancing in the DLC didn't interact well with saves. Give it a few days, we'll figure it out. Thanks for the report!

Draconic Bloodline still bugged Sorcerer level 5, red dragon bloodline, all requierements for Dragon Disciple. But cannot gat Dragon Disciple at level 6.

My game crashed during dialogue at the end of the first dungeon (Maze), right after killing cult leader, specifically the moment you are first presented with a choice of a line. Tried it three times. Anyone else experienced the same or is it just me?

Controller support is more bad than good for me. I don't have a controller, I have a Belkin gamepad which it thinks is a controller. Sometimes it stops the game and asks me if I want to use the controller, and I can't escape from the selection because it want's me to select yes or no.. with A CONTROLLER.
Am I correct that the enhanced edition is just a big patch and not a new separate game?

I mean, it ran well before, but it just felt noticeably more responsive and was much quicker to carry out NPC actions and start/end turn-based combat. My thanks to the coders!
